    Pros

    For someone desperate to find a job and got into this sort of job just keep calling for shift even they gonna behave disrespectful and neglectful as soon as you get into the site no one cares even the line managers

    Cons

    Doesn't have any sense of humanity, they're looking just after their interest, even the Royal Mail managers they treat the agencies workers as animals.

    Advice to Management

    Dont think because you are a manager at Royal Mail that you hold the sky on your hands, you are just another donkey of too many like you.

    Pros

    Nice Co-workers - All in the same boat

    Cons

    Difficult to get shifts - phones always busy when you call in, not enough work to support a family and typically less than 4-5K per year in total.

    Advice to Management

    Use Email to book staff rather than text then expect people to try and get through on the very busy phones only to be told by an automated voice that all shifts have gone await for a text - which never comes!! Blocking hard working compliant staff who get on well with co-workers and eventual fire them or ask them to reapply for a position after 2-3 years of work on the same site because they haven't been able to get... work for 6-12 weeks due to lack of work on site or get through on the phone. Dastardly position for any worker to be in. :( Choose another agency who have much better contact polices to avoid frustration.
