I worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I was lucky enough to work for August the III before the company sold. It was a great place to work before the buy-out.

Cons

Horrible treatment after the buy-out. Kept getting excellent reviews but no advancement opportunity. Had to hold your breath every November to January to see if you were getting cut. More work, same pay. Watched the new company hire new grads so they could pay them significantly less to do the same jobs for those who they forced to retire.

Advice to Management

No point, they won't take it any way.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch InBev full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Salary is good, most locations have employee gyms, we still get monthly beer.

    Cons

Annual bonus is NEVER what is promised. Yearly targets are set to not be achieved. I truly believe that Management is trained to belittle employees. No annual salary increases regardless of how the company performs. ALL new hires are 20 something MBA graduates.

    Advice to Management

Value the knowledge of older employees, work on retaining current talent. Occasional positive feedback would go a long way in place of non-existent raises.

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch InBev as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company constantly keeps you busy. They really did a great job integrating you into the brewery systems. They are always challenging you to help solve problems.

    Cons

In the beginning it would have been helpful to have more extensive training to understand the roles of the hourly employees. A lot of independent research needed to be done to fill in the blanks. Although everyone was more than willing to answer any questions.
