      Pros

      None...unless you are Brazilian

      Cons

No upward movement unless you are Brazilian, or a Stanford graduate. Work/life balance is way off and it is all about bottom line for Brazilian bonuses...the management manages the place to meet their annual targets to hit bazillion dollar bonuses....not the business for the long term.

          Pros

Free beer once a month Generous 401K match (8.5%) Those were about the only pros

          Cons

I was hired for the Brewery Training Program, but ended up getting placed at a glass factory in Houston. A year later, that factory was sold to another company and I was tied up in the sale. I was no longer an AB employee after moving my life to Texas to work for AB. On top of this, I lost my 401K company match because I was not at AB for 3 years... which was entirely out of my control. AB never made this right, never cut me a check or let me keep my match after selling me off. I was treated horribly by management from day 1 with AB. None of the upper management took accountability for anything. Every problem at the factory was the shift manager's problem. We would be berated on a daily basis for systemic problems at the factory that went unchecked for years. Every day at work was a blame game between employees and everything ultimately fell on the lowest level salary employees, shift managers. I will never want to work for AB again and will never point anyone in their direction.

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?

Is it unprofessional to attend a Zoom interview from within your car? I am currently employed and just landed an interview for tomorrow. It is a virtual interview over Zoom. Should I try to find somewhere besides my car for the interview? I don't know that I could but wanted to get yalls thoughts on this.

Has talent acquisition ever called you after a final interview to inform you that you DIDN’T receive the position?
