I worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev full-time for more than 9 years

    Pros

    None...unless you are Brazilian

    Cons

No upward movement unless you are Brazilian, or a Stanford graduate. Work/life balance is way off and it is all about bottom line for Brazilian bonuses...the management manages the place to meet their annual targets to hit bazillion dollar bonuses....not the business for the long term.

    Advice to Management

There was a reason that the old AB was so successful. You should find a balance between the cuts and ZBB and how to improve organic, top line growth investment, like relationships with vendors, wholesaler sand treatment of your own employees.

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch InBev full-time for more than 6 years

      Pros

I started my career in 2012 in Talent Attraction in the NY HQ. At a mid-management level I was tasked with starting our MBA recruitment program – it was tough but once achieved it was an awesome first experience to the stretched and autonomous targets you are given at the company.
