    I worked at Animal Health International full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great pay, friendly employees, no down time

    Cons

    Terrible management, IT department can't keep up with demand

    Advice to Management

    Don't pick and choose who you are going to treat with respect and cut out the constant back stabbing.

    Great Group of Coworkers that were always willing to go above and beyond. Jerry was an awesome Boss!!! No regrets.

    Cons

    No Overtime unless you were sent out to the field.
