    there is not the opportunity for Social Directors to be full time, this severely cuts hours offered to its employees

    Remember your employees have outside lives, yes we love our jobs but we also love our families and friends

    Pros

    There is an abundance of product knowledge. Employee discount.

    Cons

    Management pushes you to sell and encourages aggressive sales, especially with new credit card accounts. Sales should be commission based with the way they push you to sell. Corporate should listen to suggestions made by their sales people instead of just walking in to the store and acting as if they don't matter.
