      None, Nothing is there to write good.

      Cons

      No benefits or perks offered by the company. No paid leaves, even though it's advertised otherwise. No approval or support from the manager, which makes it very difficult to get things done. The information posted on Glassdoor previously is completely misleading; it doesn’t reflect the actual working environment. Overworked with long hours; there’s little to no work-life balance.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
