    Pros

    I feel The people at Answer Financial really care about their employees and want them to be successful. My coworkers and the managers give tools and assistance to be productive. Answer Financial is giving incentives and perks to acknowledge good customer service. And recognize accomplishments.

    Cons

    Over the past couple years the insurance industry has gone through changes and insurance carriers have pulled out of insuring causing a reduction in carriers. Answer Financial implemented a new compensation plan at the wrong time for the insurance economy making it difficult to make commissions.     Advice to Management

    Great job on the Carrier summit in AZ. Thank you for including me. That was a great experience to connect with carriers, coworkers and management. More events like that would be great! Waiting for the new compensation plan and I appreciate the incentives until you role it out. Keep up the momentum of making AFI a great place to work again.

    Pros

    I fell in love with this company when I saw how much they genuinely care about their employees. It is a sales job so you are expected to perform, but if you work hard and listen to the advice given to you, the opportunity to earn a great income is in every direction. To show appreciation for employees there are several contests, bonus incentives, and a “points system” that you can use for purchases from an online store....

    Call volume can be slow at times, but you are given plenty of opportunity and freedom to reach out to former clients and attempt to drive your own book of business.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to your employees as you have been doing. A great Sales Floor morale will continue to drive AFI upwards.

    Great Compensation plan, earnings are unlimited.

    Cons

    QA is a joke, they make it almost impossible to stay within guidelines. Constantly changing how things are graded. Seems like they’re about to shut down Ogden location.
