I worked at Anthem Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Getting to work with students who really need help and aiding them in the process of trying to better themselves

    Cons

You will get treated like dirt!! The "Admissions Department" (aka Sales) only cares about money. For that reason, prepared to be micro-managed and treated like you are horrible at what you do. Do you see how they are always hiring for Admissions Reps??? That's because people literally quit after like 2 weeks. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

It's just a job...get a life and learn how to treat and respoect people.

I worked at Anthem Education full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Everything at this job was great friendly, supportive, and helpful. You learn as you go and you can learn even more before or after the classes are complete. Instructors, and managers gave a lot of advice for someone who is a first time instructor.

    Cons

After working there a while there were a lot of changes, Company was bought off, there was a lot more steps to take when it came to paperwork. Do to the fact that it was digital and every other week there was something new to upgrade. This school was in the beta testing of online grading and so on so we understood but paperwork is suppose to take 30 minutes now takes an hour. There was a lot of glitches. A lot of instructors fell behind on paperwork and grades and so on.

    Advice to Management

Be more careful on how to roll out the new and improved. And don't stop allowing your instructors to learn and grow especially in the GDA, IT department.
