    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Generous vacation, personal and sick time provided. Does work to ensure time off requests can be accommodated, Very liberal bereavement policy

    Cons

The pay is unreasonable and raises do not allow one to meet the rising costs of insurance that are pushed back on employees. Top performers are more generously rewarded and staff who "meet" their job requirements are provided meager raises, if at all. Micromanagement is very common and the process is rigged to set the employee up to fail. The company is not very honest to its employees and AonHewitt reality is not true reality. You will learn alot once you come here, but you will suffer in the process as they overwork and underpay you.

    Advice to Management

I have grown tired of the rhetoric and the lies. Do you really think that an employee can be engaged when they don't trust their managers? In addition, it's obvious that you are taking advantage of your staff because of today's economy, shame on you. Once the economy improves, you'll see how well your job force respects you and wants to follow your leadershiit
