Pros

The benefits aren't bad. If you are engaged and committed, you can move up the ladder at your pace. They are a good stepping stone to working for other companies.

Cons

Tedious processes. The pay is not the greatest.

Advice to Management

Increase incentives to help reduce turnover. When adding additional steps to processes, also think about was to reduce steps in processes. Strive to make processes more efficient as possible.

I have been working at Aon Hewitt as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

When in training they conference you in a call with the trainers speaking into a head set, & we follow along a screen. I thought that was really cool, speaking that some places do not do that.

    Cons

While in training we attempt to do work in a mock database, & all things are not the same as the real database, which makes working confusing when you get out on the floor to do life work

    Advice to Management

I would say that management should be willing to answer more questions, they seem like they just let you sink or swim it all depends on how you are doing. Most of management is salary paid so some just get in then get right on out.
