    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

a great company to work with; people are nice and diligent; professional work place and good training programs; don't have many useless meetings

    Cons

people are very careful at work and don't talk too much to each other; there are not many meetings so less formal channels to know things around

    Advice to Management

they are doing great and kind people; i don't see them a lot; relationship among companies at aon are not very clear to me

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Being part of a large, international company, potential opportunity for international travel and connections.

    Cons

Feeling like just another number on a balance sheet. Bottom line is the bottom line, everything else matters very little. Being a part of a huge corporate machinery.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people not numbers. Treat your support staff the same way you treat your "money earners" - without the support staff the company does not function.
