The husband / wife management team are completely dysfunctional. They argue and bicker at each other constantly, they demand that employees sacrifice their personal lives for the company. Those that do not attend company picnic or other company functions are usually let go within short order. They weep to their employees about how generous they are and how altruistic they are to have started a company and to be supporting everyone's lifestyle and families all because they are such good hearted people. All of this creates a bizarre work environment that is not healthy. Their product lacks substance, but is sold to utilities that are able to convince state commissions that they are buying the web based product because it will help their customers save on energy.
