      Pros

      * Friendly work culture * No time restrictions * Good place for a fresher (fresher only) to learn and explore technically

      Cons

      * Bad management and managers * There is only one project, no technical opportunities * People are forced to give the good reviews, so all the good reviews don't mean it Freshers have 2 years bond and that is the only reason which is holding the company. You have no job security nor any project to work on once your done with the 2 years bond. You don't have to go for the second opinion on joining this company, you can directly reject it if you come across the name Apostek, unless you are hungry just for money (doesn't mean your paid with great hike) . It does't promise you future growth.

      Flexible timing Some employees are good and friendly

      Cons

      Worse higher management No good hike unless you resign and threaten Lot of fake promises No 2 way communication No morals for higher management They treat employees like slaves No growth, only a single project No proper management Lot of lies are told to employees to safe guard higher management from real problems of employees Freshers have 2 years bond and that is the only reason which is holding the company. You have no job security nor any project to work on once your done with the 2 years bond.

      Bad management No 2 way communication No transparent ways They decide among themselves and force others to follow Now they have 3 months notice also
