      great colleagues and leadership, work with top companies on exciting projects. Really a great place to learn the business.

      Cons

      heavy work load - frequently you will work evenings, weekends, with out overtime reimbursement. You'll be told that you can take comp time - but there is just not time

      The people that have been at the company prior to the merge are wonderful and really care about the work they're doing

      Cons

      No collaboration across agencies; lack of clear vision for the future; executives only interested in cutting costs which has led to sending jobs overseas.
