    Pros

It's all about the people. Even though ApotheCom has grown exponentially since it's birth in the late 90's, they have retained their family atmosphere and continue to employee only the best. Innovation leads their culture, but there's no lack of personality with this group. Simply a great place to work.

    Cons

Their headquarters is a bit outside of the city (about 20 minutes north of Philadelphia).

I worked at ApotheCom (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Not many. Benefits package is above average.

    Cons

Started as privately owned, employee-focused, family-oriented company whose owner valued the expertise, dedication, and quality of employees. Since being sold and becoming a publically traded company, profit has progressively become the one and only concern - at the expense of many highly qualified, well-respected, long-term employees who could longer be part of the new company culture. Many periods of salary freezes over the last several years, and salary increases have been minimal at best.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what employees have to say. Respect them, their qualifications and abilities, and their dedication. Appreciate them and show it!
