Pros

The interaction I have had working with Lisa Cavanagh has been great! She listens to what I want and she follows through with it. She also follows up with me after my interviews to ask me how it went which I really appreciate. I feel very comfortable when speaking with Lisa because she is very kind and friendly.

Pros

The commission is there if you want it (to an extent), depending on which location you'll work with some good people. The South Orlando location has a better team with more friendly- employees, and they're just more pleasant overall. I may have stayed longer if I worked with them.

Cons

They try to sell you on the team dynamic and how close knit everyone is, but they've all been together with each other for 5 or more years, so you walk into a clique. They said that I'd grow and develop so much in the role but really, I was just staffing enormous headcounts as quickly as I can. The way to excel is to kiss the behind of your leaders, they need the ego boost and if you give them that they'll in turn treat you a little better. That wasn't really my speed so, I was always frowned at.
