Leading and managing a team of employees can be challenging, especially in a large store environment.

Pros
District Managers are always there to help you through any issues that may arise. Great pay structure with benefits to back. Hours are steady for type of pay and they offer incentives for creativity! Northern colorado's DM Josh Scott has been superb and am extremely happy with placement, pay and treatment thus far
Cons
Lots of delivery issues to overcome. Still a new company going through growing pains. Needs to vet better new hires for training. Implement better strategies for LISTENING to their sales associates for less turn over. All of which can be resolved with the right listening ear.

Pros
Good pay, great coworkers and team
Cons
This company is the worst. The CEO is stuck in the 80s and makes it his whole buisness model to sell broken appliances to people and refuse to take them back. Upper management is a bunch of yes men and any suggestions to improve the buisness are shut down. Company doesn't use marketing and expects employees to do free marketing for them via their own personal social media. HR will retaliate against you for daring to say anything negative about the company. As sales, you aren't allowed to call out the delivery team even if they mess up. You're expected and encouraged to lie to customers and punished if you don't. This company has potential but it's being held back by the CEO and Upper management. Until Chuck steps away from the buisness, this company won't go anywhere. Save yourself the headache and work literally anywhere else.
