    Pros

-A good place for recent graduates to get experience. There are a lot of resources at the company to get your feet wet in the industry. -Great health insurance with low employee cost. -Great work culture. It's a good mix of work and play. My team goes out for lunch every Friday, and will occasionally plan weekend trips and events. -Good work/life balance. Hours are typically 8-5 and no one expects you to stay after...

    Cons

-Inexperienced middle management. Most are young and started their first jobs with this company. Middle management is not held accountable for any decisions made. Advice to Management

There needs to be less of a "get it done" attitude. Pros

As a long-time team member who regularly interviews/hires job candidates, I am aware of the occasional bad review here on Glassdoor. What I appreciate most about Applied is our constant growth and improvement. For example, the company recently conducted a team member survey that asked a ton of questions, and new benefits/programs are already being offered as a direct result! It's not easy growing from a small company...

      Cons

While I haven't experienced it, I have heard that not all team members feel they can be completely open/honest with their team leaders. That's not unusual in large companies, but I would (and do) encourage anyone to go talk with TM Relations ... not to just complain but to get some really good advice on how to handle the situation and/or assistance in facilitating a better communication within your team. They're really...
