      Pros

      This company is co-run by two Principal Investigators who are at the top of their respective fields. You will be working with the best in the business. They have an enormous amount of knowledge. You will be able to learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      The Principal Investigators are extremely busy. They will not have much time to talk to or mentor you. The interview process took far too long. It took weeks and consisted of several interviews, submission of work, and a psychological test. The employee turnover is very high.

      Interesting line of work that is not common elsewhere. Your work will be meaningful to the company no matter your experience level due to it being a small company.

      Cons

      Work can sometimes be monotonous depending on your role.

      Highly intelligent and helpful co-workers that are always willing to explain and help you learn. Flexible hours and understanding supervisors that are especially helpful to student interns Meaningful work on projects, instead busy work that seems pointless A great culture that allowed every employee to feel appreciated and heard if they had an issue Fair wages and realistic expectations for employees

      Cons

      Was only there for a short amount of time due to having to move. Wish I could have been able to work there longer.
