    Pros

It is a job that pays my mortgage, and helps me eat everyday, and have gas in my car to get to work.

    Cons

No good communications with employees, only work work work ,push push push to get them orders out more you do more they want, If you complain they will find something on you and get rid of you.

    Advice to Management

Remember family values, give more bonus to the employees not the management. A free lunch dont cut it, Supervisors accept free lunchs from employees, and gifts which should not be allowed.
