Pros

Union position, the ability to grow your route and make commission, The ability to network among existing customer base. You can support your family and make a very good living without a college degree.

Cons

Lack of communication in general with drivers. Dishonest and unethical business practice. Holding us to a standard you have no intention of Following yourselves

Advice to Management

With the economy in its present state, you would think as a Company our bottom line would be to grow the business instead of thinking short term in every direction I see you heading. I feel we need to be on the same page

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Flexible work environment, freedom to adjust schedule when necessary
Lots of human interaction, opportunities to practice leadership development with subordinates

    Cons

    Grossly underpaid and underappreciated
Inconsistent application of company policies, complaints go unchecked, definite perception that certain members of management are bullerproof
little opportunity for advancement despite consistent positive APRs

    Advice to Management

Just because someone has been in a position for 17 years doesn't mean they need to stay there. When you allow certain people to break the rules without penality, the rules lose all their credibility. Put the best people in the right positions. Don't leave someone with a master's degree and 6 years of management experience in a supervisor position!!
