I worked at Aramark full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Big company with lots of opportunities to meet others and network. Very friendly and family feeling environment. Lots of opportunities to learn and do new things.

Cons

Not a lot of money is invested in employee salaries. The annual review process can be a formality. It can be quite difficult to make change.

Advice to Management

Provide creative solutions and challenge the status quo to continue to grow the business.

I have been working at Aramark full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Can get away with below average work.

    Cons

The local management is horrible. There have been three General Managers in less than a year.

Please read the reviews below, the most recent reviews are all tied back to the Dallas market center. The market center loses customers daily and the market center is staying afloat from National contracts....which the local Account Executive will not get paid for. All of the customers/prospects that have a choice, will choose another vendor if that ask around. Like someone reviewed below, the only way AEs get deals are by personal relationships or price. The price will get raised on the customer in a few weeks, so the customer will complain to the AE, RSR, DM and customer service until they get our of their contract.

Selling a service you know will disappoint your customer is a hard thing to do. Ethics here are very low because the AEs, Sales Manager and GM will sign off on deals in other territories. They are desparate for business here and are will to fake signatures and addresses if it will get paperwork through the process.

    Advice to Management

Step up and hire REAL professionals!
