    My manager is great--understanding and appreciative.

    Pros

    Strong company that is committed to success. Lots of opportunity for hard working proven performers.

    Cons

    The company continues to be a operational based organization. The sales department is some what undervalued, (this is fairly standard in the industry). Current comp plan for sales reps can make retaining talent difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to strive to become a respected sales based company. Promote more sales people over to the operational side of the business to continue to develop the desired culture. Review and adjust current sales rep comp plan to improve retention of top performers. Consider using a rolling 13 week sales average to gauge performance. This could help reduce the peaks and valleys of top reps, and improve retention.
