Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Aramark full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Aramark's career ladder allows dietitian to earn more money while remaining clinical, instead of advancing to a managerial position as many other companies require.

Cons

The pay is low. The career ladder allows a salary increase for clinical dietitians who have either a master's degree OR a specialty certification. However, when a dietitian has worked hard and has both, there is no pay increase.

Advice to Management

Add additional steps to your career ladder.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Aramark full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The only good thing left about working for this company is that it is a Monday-Friday outfit. You can certainly live your life outside of work, if you can afford to on the nearly non existent pay.

    Cons

Likely to lay off without warning, low pay, terrible raises. Customers complain about declining quality of the garment and management makes excuses instead of fixing the issues. Very much an 'us against them' kind of attitude: both Aramark versus the customer and Management verus employees. Does not pay similar to the other jobs in the area for the same work. $2 less per hour to start.

    Advice to Management

Try paying your employees like the representatives of a global, prosperous company that they are.
