Pros

I'm a people person so I loved the interaction with the customers and I always remembered the regulars by names. The 50% off the food was nice.

Cons

The Manger screams and yells at you in front of customers, never allowed me to learn new jobs

Advice to Management

Management needs to learn how to talk to their Team Members especially older women and not yell and scream at them. I quit my job Monday because of Rob

    Pros

    free food, if you run the shift you decide how the night goes, usually good team members that work well with you, mostly decent customers, easy job to learn, most days its fun to work at.

    Cons

    long hours, late nights, you'll mell like grease at the end of the night working at the fry station, you have to work if your sick unless you go to the doctors before your shift, benefits are not good, pay is sub-standard even with 15 yrs+ in Mgmt and retail not making 10.00 an hourif nobody comes in you have to work like you are 3 people.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your team they work the times you are not there, if we bring up an issue listen and solve it dont just say yup I'll take care of it and do nothing about it. make getting promoted normal not having to sit in a focus group of 6 other DM's and above and then make a list that will never get looked at and then when its finally done have to sit with the same people and hope they'll ut you into the training program, and then have to spend 2 months in another store working with people that wont listen to you because they already work well with their managers and make your life harder than it already is
