- The company opened its doors to its employees and families during the aftermath of the super typhoon Odette. And not only that, it also did everything in its capacity to provide safe drinking water for everyone (which was so scarce during the first weeks after the typhoon). There's not a lot of companies out there that will do that -- I've been to five companies and this is the first. <3 - Arcanys also made sure that our work from home set up convenient and comfortable, which is a great plus! All in all, I'm a happy employee of Arcanys. The work, life, and play balance is good here. 5/5 stars! :)

The benefits , the people, the environment are really great plus the projects here are challenging and it really makes me grow as a developer. I love it here.

Pros
There's always room for improvement of your professional career. Also lots of perks that you cannot find on other companies(eg free food, gaming room, flex time, performance bonus, free gym membership, quarterly movie, etc).
