High-paced environment especially if working in production unit. Phenomenal learning opportunities.

Cons

Life outside work may suffer depending on position. 16 hour days and weekends not uncommon.

Advice to Management

More transparency with lower levels of management.

    Still complicated due to $32B merger many years ago
    Forced rationalization always comes too little, too late
    Indebted company, "junk" status

    Advice to Management

    Cut out some of the tectonic layers of non-operations middle management ("technical advisors")
    Get rid of the centralized system for SAP administration and logistics chartering
    Stop flooding the domestic US market with lower quality material
