Pros

All the reviews in this portal is a fake review, In HR team force us to fill the review (Want to send a photo) at the time of the existing process then only NOC (no objection certificate) Without prior notification they changed notice period 60days to 90 days Most of the employee not working happily They don't keep up the promises. The past year also no increment at a time this year also no increment till but the company running in huge profit.

Cons

No work-life balance and no timely increment. Managers talk one but do differently (lots of lies)

The change in notice period was management decision with the intent to make the transition process smooth for those who were directly working with the customers . Yearly Increment in any organisation depends upon the achievement of the assigned goals. We have given increment to all those who have met their respective goals.
