No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Archstone full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Overall, a positive environment and opportunity for growth

Cons

It appears that those holding an administrative role aren't viewed/treated the same as those in other roles. Also, if they don't like someone, you're won't last with the company.

Advice to Management

Be transparent - if someone isn't a fit, tell them! Communication is key. Stop wasting their time and yours and stop pretending you'll help them advance. Give them the opportunity to fix it, find another position or just move on.

I have been working at Archstone full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Benefits are great
    health and wellness

    Cons

    HR Reps
    Some not all managers

    Advice to Management

Just to take a look at HR and Managment team. If your manager does not like you they can hold you back from transfering or moving forward by writing you up for ANY little thing that you do. after writing you up they sit there with that FAKE smile on there face saying we really want you to Succeed and move forward BUT....... And HR just supports the managers decision no matter how Crazy it sounds
