    Pros

    Good training department and opportunities for growth. Archstone is a leader in property management and tend to promote from within.

    Cons

    Very conservative company with a strict dress code that inhibit individuality. There are also many restrictions on personalizing your own space.

    Advice to Management

    Allow more opportunities for community involvement.

    Pros

    Good pay, decent benefits and there are some good people that work at corporate. Human resources does a great job for the employees.

    Cons

    high turnover and sneaky tactics to save money with some managers.

    Advice to Management

    Look to your managers' turnover to see who is playing games with their employees. Your employees aren't going to be loyal to you if you aren't loyal to them.
