    Pros

Everyone working at Aria Systems is hardworking and passionate about what they do. It's a great environment to work and learn in, with approachable senior management and mentors.

    Cons

In a few of the departments, I think the company could hire a few more employees to lessen the load on everyone else.

    Truthful, demanding, and rewarding

    Pros

Unlike many other similar looking companies, Aria is trying to do something very hard to do and it acknowledges that difficulty. Competitor companies either lie to prospects or fold under the weight of that difficulty. Aria hits it straight on, and that's demanding and difficult and burns some people out, and it marginalizes under-performers and those who are looking for a quick Silicon Valley win. Not for everyone, but if you're a hard worker it's a great place to be and most of our employees are super-passionate about what we're doing and really, really loyal. So many excellent people work here. Smart and no-nonsense. Couple of bad apples but that's the case anywhere. Unfortunately the bad apples and whiners are the ones that are first to run to Glassdoor to bad-mouth a really good company.

    Cons

Lots of hours, lots of tough moments, but all in service of a great goal.

    Pros

CEO randomly gives everyone a day off

    Cons

Tries to accept as many clients as possible and squeeze more work whenever possible. This usually ends up not giving one time to finish what they're working on Do everything as fast as possible even if it affects quality Only upper management and seniors get career advancement.
