You get to experience how TV shows are produced from start to end.
Cons
Some producers are just not the type of people you should work with. But if you're lucky enough to work with decent producers, then it might be worth your effort. Keep in mind that Arirang TV is a government affiliated company. It's NOT an independent press. Its broadcast will always be pro-government. No surprise here. If you're serious about press/media, then you might be better off starting your career at actual broadcasting stations, or running your independent YT channel..
