Owned by Allstate, all of the big company benefits of vacation, retirement, etc. However, health plan was mediocre. Cool tech idea of telematics data for insurance etc.

Forced to use big insurance tech stack. Excruciating big insurance procedures. Management was largely a varied mix of incompetence and assertiveness. Mid level folks seemed to be in position because of seniority rather than ability.
