Pros
The work culture is focused on preparing their new hires to take a bigger part on client Workpapers. All senior staff provides a positive work environment, allowing those starting out to feel welcomed and part of the team. All levels of staff are there to help each other to progress through the company and providing learning experiences to better prepare the Staff I employees.
Cons
Training on the first week of employment for entry level staff is barebones. New Employment Orientation is mainly to set all employees up with the correct software that is used to perform tasks on a daily basis. Most of "training" will be done on the job with real client Workpapers.
