      Leadership cares about employees. Generous equity, compensation, and vacation policy. Lots of career development opportunities. New executive team understands what it takes to build a successful business.

      Cons

      Some early company bets, bad hires, and the pandemic introduced some headwinds. A lot of key talent left the company in 2021.

      Pros

      The people at armory that I worked day-to-day with were phenomenal. Good compensation during the pandemic. Remote-first made work very flexible.

      Cons

      Limited funds to have face-to-face meetups, lack of product direction in an undefined market, sometimes to many cooks in the kitchen.
