    I have been working at Arnold full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Arnold has done a great job over the past year of diversifying their leadership positions. Arnold went through a tough year in 2017, but since then, the work has been more fun and we are winning clients again.

    Cons

    Despite the client base growing again, there have been minimal new hires or promotions within the company. They say they want to make more money to be able to do those things, but hire freelancers constantly which makes the employee turnaround even more turbulent.

    Advice to Management

    When you win new clients, start hiring and promoting to incentivize people more.

    Pros

    -It's a legacy name. It still has that going for it. -Really good shop to be at if you speak Portuguese. -If you're a dude, you could be an alcoholic who never showers and you could still consistently get promoted. -Painted portraits are cool.

    Cons

    It's a two party system: the Progressive party and the Sao Paulo party. No room for independents. Lots of proactive work. Very little active work. If you're on the right team, every meeting that should be 30 minutes will last 120 mins, so that's a thing.

    Advice to Management

    Mix it up with creative leadership. Would be nice to see someone who is not a dude.
