Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, bi-weekly half-day Fridays in the summer, new associates rotate through different groups for learning opportunities, promotion opportunities as they try to hold on to people wanting to leave after few years.
Cons
The firm is un-known, doesn't help with your career prospects in the future. Terrible location, in the middle of nowhere. Benefits are mediocre. Business operations need to step into 21st century. The firm is not growing. It seems that the only people who are working here long term are those for whom the firm is geographically located close to home.
