I worked at Aronson full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Aronson does things the right way and really act with their people in mind, their people come first - They are innovative in their approach and are open to change/doing things differently - changing with the market - You can specialize in an industry you are interested in and really get a lot of exposure to your industry due to client exposure and the attention given to these clients - Work/life balance is a thing...

    Cons

    - Current location - Salary increases and promotions are not merit based but based on years of experience - PTO policy is not bad but not great, no pay for sick days - all timeoff is treated equally - Maternity leave is also not great

I have been working at Aronson part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the company really tries to focus on making sure that employees feel welcome and appreciated.

    Cons

The commute can be a pain if you don't live near Rockville and the work can get to be a bit repetitive.
