I worked at Array Information Technology full-time

Pros

I enjoyed my colleagues on my contract.

Cons

I felt like the staff at headquarters could be unorganized and unprofessional. They were very resistant to give raises and very little opportunity for upward mobility.

Advice to Management

Try to do a better job reaching out to employees who work at client sites.

I have been working at Array Information Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible with telecommute. Seldom worked above 40 hours a week. Good if you are hard worker and self managed.

    Cons

Zero individual performance incentives to go above and beyond, in fact, often turned into constant complaints from management if you did more than your share of the work, or did extra work while your coworkers dragged their feet.

    Advice to Management

Project managers used to supplement actual managers. Leadership often non-existent. Let go of under performers who drag down teams. You could lie about your progress ten ways from Sunday - project managers are easily shifting between projects and just want to be told its going well. Meaning they are not good at verifying the products work is done, that the contract has been fulfilled, or basically - that the work is in fact getting done and who did what.
