I worked at Array Networks full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good starting salary, fair commission schedule, one product is very unique, large territories, formal partner program to try to encourage more partner involvement and revenue, good personalities in staff members

    Cons

Asia pacific attention more than North America, low partner penetration, very lean field engineering support, major competition from vendors

    Advice to Management

Investment of more company assets in North America to gain market share and awareness of products. In addition increase marketing efforts such as writing specific user guides, technical guides, white papers, application guides and reference architectures to remove risk from customers minds when they are planning how to install a new solution.
