I have been working at Aruba Networks full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Salaries are highest in the area. Culture is great, lots of perks like free food often.

    Cons

Aruba is part of HPE now and HPE culture could be a little too democratic - everyone needs to buy in to make a decision. Could take many meetings/ days/ months to do a simple thing.
