    I have been working at Aruba Networks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Outstanding solution set especially software, Clearpass and Airwave. Great people that started with Aruba are mostly still with us. Can do attitude because this solution set is superior to Cisco and is really taking business away from Cisco.

    Cons

    HPE has added many processes to what Aruba used to be. HPE pricing tool is very complicated and has ongoing bugs. The Compensation tool has been an issue and in 2017 has turned into a disaster. HPE knows they have a problem but for some reason even after 10 months cannot seem to resolve.

    Advice to Management

    Please resolve the compensation issue by making this a top priority. Too many promises and very little action or progress. Compensation is one of the most critical pieces for Sales Reps and this takes a lot of time to place claims on sales that should have been tracked properly to begin with.
