Pros

I have nothing positive to say about Ascellon itself, but the coworkers I worked with were genuinely great. Without them, the experience would have been far more unbearable.

Cons

Employees are overloaded with crushing workloads due to being forced to handle multiple roles Pay is unacceptably low compared to similar positions at other companies Compensation does not match the level of responsibility or effort required Constant multitasking across roles leads to exhaustion and burnout Persistent high stress with no relief since starting the role Effort and workload feel unrewarded and undervalued Overall conditions make the experience extremely draining and unsustainable

Pros

My manager was a nice person. He tried his best to help me, but couldn't do much as the arrogant leadership didn't give him any power.

Cons

The leadership had a terrible attitude. They wanted each employee to work brutally long and exhausting hours. Putting in 80 hours a week was considered normal. It seemed like a ridiculous joke. Some people in the middle management tried to help, but their efforts were negated by more brutal workloads. Each day, I felt I was losing a battle. Each day, my stress level rose higher. I was so close to burnout that I worked horribly hard to avoid it and retain my sanity. The pay is also lower than what the competitors offer. Again, the evil leadership doesn't care and doesn't bother to reward people's hard work and efforts. All they want is to make more money for themselves. They never even heard of sharing incentives with the top performers, as they are too self-absorbed.
