I worked at Ashford University full-time (More than a year)

Pros

If your on a good team, its okay. Good benefits, good pay.

Cons

SALES! Threatening situations if your not meeting numbers. unethical means to enroll students. lets have them "guess on their FA docss' to get them in!! need to work overtime and saturdays or your not giving your 100%! corrupt company that doesnt value its students or employees.

Advice to Management

stop hiring so many of you. slow down on the admissions process- put tests into play so that not ANY student with a Social security number can get in. Be compassionate about peoples lives and dont focus solely on making the $$. After all, is this a university or a business scam?
