I worked at Ashley Furniture Homestore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Only on the holidays you make a good paycheck.

    Cons

If you work in the Salt Lake City area, watch out. And don't bother reporting anything about your manager's wrong doings to corporate in Phoenix because that will end up getting you 'voluntarily resigned' when all you did was stand up for what was right.

Not only that it's 50 hours a week on your feet for little money.

And you're never awarded for any type of achievement.

    Advice to Management

    Quit.
