One of the delightful places to work in IT sector. The finest part about this company is the environment which is really comfortable and favourable. One would love spending his work time. Very friendly and approachable higher management. Personal and professional life balance is easily achievable (what else do u need ?). Celebrations of different festive seasons, sports(especially cricket and Table tennis), outings, meet ups, office anniversary celebrations are highlights of the company. Yearly trips are the wildest as well as fanta-mirindastic experiences. As far as business is concerned, the fundamentals are strong and growing. One would get more than just a candid outcome working here. Company regulations are in the best interest of the employees. Above all, the BOSS of the company Mr. Ritesh Naraine, is one of the smartest and wittiest being whom you would love to know of. One would always choose his BOSS over his company when he works with Asite (at least me). Having 15 years of experience with 6-7 companies and most number of the years served to any other company is 2 years, Asite is only the one I have been working since last 6 years. None that i personally feel as of now. Previously I was not satisfied with technological switches feeling Asite is still working with older techs and tricks. However, now a days Asite is working with best and latest technologies in market with greatest growth towards devops and cloud. Infrastructure can be better which Asite has already planned to go for best.
