I have been working at Aspen Dental full-time

Pros

If you are productive and keep up with the desired numbers management wants you to, you will generally be left alone and cut some slack.

Cons

With the desired conversion numbers they want, this is another company which has demonstrated bottom line is more important than quality care.

Advice to Management

Jobs well done are given praise but it is in the form of an e-mail. Rather than do that, give someone financial reward when they exceed expectations and performance. The employee morale is completely demoralized and turnover has been at a (noticeable) high rate since my 5th month in the company.

The focus is on cramming as many new patients into practices as possible when it should be the quality of care. You cannot have both.
