I have been working at Aspen Dental full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great way to learn more about the dental field. Always room for advancement. I love working for the doctor at my office. She is so sweet & caring. She has taught me so much over the past few years.

Cons

Unfortunately they do not pay very well. You really have to love what you do. Which I do! I love see our patients smile.

Advice to Management

I would say that giving more money to the PSR's would be awesome. Since they are your first impression of Aspen Dental. Happy employee's equal happy patients :)

I have been working at Aspen Dental full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    You will receive a paycheck.

    Cons

Success is not enough. The mission statement has been abandoned. Micro-management in concentric circles. Promises not kept. Dentists with far bigger egos than skills. Patient care cannot be achieved by trainees!

    Advice to Management

Read your mission statement. Get back to it. Empower the production staff, rather than the cost-center staff. Experienced techs are forced schedules by OM/PSR greed, that produces lower quality
restorations for patients in a life-changing situation.
