    Pros

They offer great opportunities for growth and have a wonderful support team in Syracuse. The Dr's care about their patients and give many as many options for treatment as they can. The management team is very willing to pitch in and help an office.

    Cons

Sometimes the revenue drive interferes with the quality of work. The hours can be long and working through your lunch is the norm. The commissions should be reworked to include all the staff not just the office manager and dentist.

I worked at Aspen Dental full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good experience,, I don't even have 20 words to fill up

    Cons

They promised me a job as a lead dentist with the 15 -17 percent bonus share and all.. First they made me work like a pig for an year and I never got any bonus and after an year they gave me 5 percent with a million reasons.. All my colleagues who work half as mine make more than me .. Highest I ever made was $9k .. Which I got after seeing roughly 50 PTs a day .. They are always there to complain about making more and more but when it comes to ure pay. , no one is there .. They wanted me to prescribe expensive ceaning treatments to patients who didn't need it and I said an outright no to it.... No ethical value nor any care for the employees.. Poor DAs work like Dogs and treated like them.. A company with a great potential but no core values .. Can't describe how worse it's working fir them. I left after an year .. Despite of being one of most producing dentist... Now I joined pacific dental and it's an awesome company,, I now work very less compared to aspen and make considerably more

    Advice to Management

Please show some value to the doctors .. And employees .. Pay less and work more strategy doesn't work long term. If ure company had at least half as value as pacific ... U could make more and survive more.. I personally dunno any employees who like working for you ,, we only work coz of our commitments to others
