I have been working at Aspen Marketing Services full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Excellent benefits, decent pay, some solid accounts, and good work-life balance.

Cons

Dallas office is at the clueless mercy of the Chicago office. Completely different styles of working. We have no clue what's happening, what's going to happen....zero control over our career destiny within the company.

I worked at Aspen Marketing Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Was easy commute, about it

    Cons

Most unethical company ever worked for. Lacks true leadership. Sweatshop for the 20% that do all the work. No advancement opportunities. "Copy and paste - save as" environment with many internal scandal rumors. If you can't keep it in your pants, keep it in the company.

    Advice to Management

Wise up (on many levels)....it will all come crashing soon
